“How to Walk Your Chakra Talk”
This is a one-on-one mentoring program specifically for yoga teachers that have completed my Level 1 and Level 2 Advanced Teacher Training for Chakra Activation Yoga Certification. This is the last phase towards completing your certification.
This Mentoring Program is personalized for you, the yoga teacher, and what you would like to learn to better integrate a firm and experientially based knowledge of the chakras into your life and your classes.
Specifics might include:
- chakra activation yoga class theory and design
- asanas related for each chakra and why
- sequencing classes
- chakra talk and chakra walk integration
- experienced professional feedback on your classes
PLUS, homework exercises and reflections to practice in between each session!
INVESTMENT:
(6) 60 minute 1 on 1 sessions (in person OR live video format) for $550
(ideally monthly, but must complete within 6 months of last Level 2 Immersion)
