Here's some uplifting mantra musical medicine that will gently rock your world!
Once you know what these chants are saying, I think you will want to repeat them over and over too, filling up your body-mind-spirit, and your world with these positively powerful energies, thoughts and phrases.
Because you are what you speak! And music IS medicine! The thoughts inside you and the words and vibrations that come out of you actually vibrationally create your reality and affect your world. Yogis have long understood this concept and practice the recitation of these mantras -healing, uplifting, and thoughtful words and phrases- to elevate the vibrational field and affect their world.

The Music is Medicine Mantras:
Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo
This Gurmukti mantra is chanted by Kundalini Yogis at the beginning of things to “tune-in” and align everyone to each other and the Divine. I put it at the beginning of the album to set the mood and honor the new beginning.
“I honor/see/embody the Infinite Creator; I honor/see/embody the Divine Teacher.”
RaMaDaSa-SaSaySoHung
Also a chant in the Gurmukti language of the Sikhs, it invokes Sun-Moon-Earth-Infinity (Ra-Ma-Da-Sa); and goes on to say the truly profound:
“I am that Infinity which I belong to and contain”.
Gobinday Mukunday Udaray Aparay- Hariang Kariang Nirnamay Akamay
Also in Gurmukti, this mantra calls on and invokes specific gender neutral aspects of the Divine that we can call upon at times when we feel a need for protection:
“Sustainer, Liberator, Enlightener, Infinite, Destroyer, Creator, Nameless, Desireless”.
Adi Shakti Adi Shakti Adi Shakti Namo Namo
Sarab Shakti Sarab Shakti Sarab Shakti Namo Namo
Pritam Bhagvati Pritam Bhagvati Pritam Bhagvati Namo Namo
Kundalini Mata Shakti Kundalini Mata Shakti Kundalini Mata Shakti Namo Namo Namo Namo
This Gurmukti chant calls upon the Divine Mother, the Infinite, the Powerful, the Feminine. This energy takes away negativity, eliminates fears, and brings the fulfillment of desires.
“I bow to: Adi Shakti, the primal power, Sarab Shakti, the goddess power, Pritam Bhagvati, that which creates through God, Kundalini Mata Shakti, the mother power.”
Om Kriya Babaji Namaha Om
This Sanskrit chant invokes the spirit of Babaji, the Beloved and Divine Father.
Om Bhur Bhuvah Svah
Tat Savitur Varenyam
Bhargo Devasya Dhimahi
Dhiyo Yo Nah Pracodayat
Om
The Gayatri is an ancient chant that redirects our attention toward the Light of All and the Light in All Things, and motivates us to meditate on the Source of that Light.
"Earth, Atmosphere, Heavens
We meditate on the sacred light of the effulgent source
We let THAT inspire our thoughts.”
