PLUS, all this wonderful yoga will be experienced in the exhibit "CROWN" by Mary Dorfner-Hay, an amazing visual artist and long time student of Brooke's. Mary has created a phenomenal body of work based on her meditative experiences exploring Crown Chakra consciousness and energy.
This chakra activation session will end with one of Brooke's deeply relaxing Crystal Bowl Sound Baths.
