Each month from January to July we will take a deep dive into ourselves,
activating and exploring the chakras one at a time.
We will learn specific yoga poses and practices for nourishing and balancing each chakra
and we will allow the beautiful powerful Light We Are to shine.
This year we will meet twice each month.
* first for our 2 hour "Poses & Practices" Chakra Activation Zoom Session and
* second for our 1 hour "Chakra Talk" Integration Zoom Session (see dates below)
(Members will have access to the workshop replays for the duration of our 7 month adventure!)
There are two membership levels.
* LEVEL 1 provides access to all livestreamed Chakra Activation & Integration Sessions
PLUS
anytime unlimited access to:
all replays,
a 45 minute Energy Anatomy Module,
a 90 minute All Chakras Class,
the "About" and "Remedy" videos for each chakra
on the membership site
* LEVEL 2 provides access to EVERYTHING IN LEVEL 1 (above)
PLUS
7 monthly Private Chakra Support Sessions with me,
and weekly Chakra Exploration practices
(journal prompts, additional exercises, meditations & reflections, homework),
with support/accountability/coaching/personalized instruction
* All Members are invited to The Chakra Activation Yoga Light Warrior Lounge FB group
to experience the community, conversation and chakra activating resources there!
* Yoga Teachers can receive 25 CEUS after completing the 2022 workshop series!
